ADVANCE PAYMENT |

On the basis of your availability request, you will be sent our offer.

By accepting the offer, you will receive a written reservation confirmation, and on that basis you will pay the advance payment and thus ensure the accommodation. We shall have in mind the specified accommodation (number, floor, view etc.), but with no guarantee.

If you had to change or cancel the booking, please inform us immediately.

Read the instructions on the advance payment form carefully.

The arrival must occur on a specified date of arrival from 12,00 h to max. 22,00 h. In case of delay, please call the reception.
Departure must occur at 10,00 h on a specified date of departure at latest.

Advance payment is obligatory, if not specified otherwise and you should pay it immediately or in 15 days after receiving the confirmation of booking at latest.
Stating your name, the number of confirmation, and the name of hotel or apartment for which you are paying the advance payment is obligatory. We shall account for your advance payment when charging your bill.
We do not confirm the receipt of advance payment separately.
If we do not receive the advance payment within usual period, we shall send you a written notification before we cancel the booking because of that. In case of illness or death (circumstances beyond your control); we shall return the paid advance payment with the deduction of the return costs, if you send us the official certification before the booked arrival date. In all other cases of cancellation of booking, we shall retain the paid advance payment.
